- Select the Accessibility topic.
- Select the category of your issue (Audio / Voice, Cognitive Barrier, Controls & Camera, Difficulty, General, Visual, Other).
- Enter your answer to each of the following questions under Description:
1. Could you describe the situation(s) that were an obstacle for you?
2. Were you able to overcome it? If so, how? If not, what did you try?
3. Could you describe the option(s) you would have liked to have? How would this have helped you?
- Please feel free to provide a screen capture or a video of the issue in attachment.
NOTE:
You can add multiple attachments as long as each uploaded file or image is within the 20 MB limit.
You can also upload the files on a free file transfer service like WeTransfer and provide the download link in your report.
