GAME NOT LAUNCHING
A. UPDATE YOUR PLAYSTATION SYSTEM TO THE LATEST VERSION OF THE SYSTEM SOFTWARE
B. SET UP AUTOMATIC UPDATES ON PLAYSTATION SYSTEM
C. UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE GAME
1. From the Home menu, highlight Evil West, press the Options button, then select Delete.
2. If Evil West does not appear on your Home screen, go to Game Library > Installed, then press the Options button and select Delete.
3. Once completed, reinstall Evil West.
D. PERFORM A POWER CYCLE OF YOUR PLAYSTATION SYSTEM IN ORDER TO CLEAR THE CACHE
1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect and turn on the PlayStation.
F. REBUILD THE DATABASE IN SAFE MODE

A. PERFORM A POWER CYCLE OF YOUR PLAYSTATION SYSTEM IN ORDER TO CLEAR THE CACHE
1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect and turn on the PlayStation.
If the DLC does not install automatically, please follow the instructions provided by PlayStation Support.
If the PASS content is still missing, please follow the instructions provided by PlayStation Support.
FREE PS5 UPGRADE NOT AVAILABLE
If you have purchased the PS4 retail version but the PS5 free upgrade is not available in the PlayStation Store:
Please perform a power cycle of your PlayStation in order to clear the cache of the console and fix many common issues, then restore the Licences.
This process does not erase any of your games or data.
1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect and turn on the PlayStation.
4. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
5. Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed.
Check again and you should see the upgrade available on the PlayStation Store.
