Is cross-progression possible?
The game supports cross-progression, so transferring your save from one console to another from the same manufacturer is possible.
1. For XBOX users, your save is managed by the Xbox Live environment and guarantees cross-progression between your Xbox One, your Xbox Series and even your Microsoft Store versions (GamePass subscription applies as well).
2. For PLAYSTATION users who have a PlayStation Plus subscription, you can transfer your save from one PS5 to another or from one PS4 to another thanks to the Cloud features (offline progression will not be transferred).
I would like to listen to the game's soundtrack, is it possible?
Absolutely, the soundtrack composed by SUPERNAIVE is available on music streaming sites (Spotify, Soundcloud,...). All websites or applications are listed at this web address: https://biglink.to/Dordogne
Can I play offline?
As long as you own the game and are connected to an account, you can launch the game without an internet connection. Cloud saves would not be available, but this does not prevent you from playing and enjoying DORDOGNE.
Where are the save files located?
Your saves are located at the following locations depending on whether you play on Steam or on the Microsoft Store/GamePass:
Steam users:
1. Follow this path in your computer explorer - C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Umanimation\Dordogne
2. Look for DordognePictureData.uma and DordogneSavedData.uma files

My game does not detect my mouse, what should I do?
If you have a controller connected to you PC, and it has input issues, drift, or other problems, you need to disconnect it to play with the keyboard/mouse.
As soon as a controller action is detected, the game switches to controller mode, making it impossible to switch back to the keyboard/mouse as long as the controller continues to perform actions.
My game won't launch, what should I do?
In case you have never launched DORDOGNE on your machine:

What is the "V-sync on PC" option?
This option is only available on PC.
The V-sync option allows the game to adapt to your screen to avoid visual anomalies (called artefacts).
Activating it can help solve image tearing issues.
If your monitor (screen) is refreshing at 120 Hz, with VSync ON the game will run at 120 FPS.
I am experiencing visual anomalies (especially when there is movement depicted on screen). It might be tearing issues, what can I do?
1. Go to the main menu or to the pause menu.
2. Settings > Display.
2. Make sure the VSYNC option is toggled on (it forces the game to adapt to your monitor refresh rate).
3. Frame Rate limit is 60 frames per second (FPS) in DORDOGNE but it will be following your monitor refresh rate (if your monitor is refreshing at 120 Hz, with VSync ON the game will run at 120 FPS).
