f you're having problems with Atomic Heart on the Game Pass, consider these updates and fixes.
First, sign in to your Microsoft account. Next, work through these possible solutions in the order presented.
A. MAKE SURE WINDOWS IS UP TO DATE
WINDOWS 11
- Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
- If there is an available update, select Install now.
WINDOWS 10
- Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
- If there is an available update, select Install now.
B. VERIFY AND REPAIR ATOMIC HEART
- Open the Xbox app.
- In My Library, select Atomic Heart.
- Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
- Select Files and then Verify and repair.
- Make sure Atomic Heart is downloading all assets.
C. RESTART THE XBOX APP
- Close the Xbox App.
- Reopen the Xbox App.
- Make sure Atomic Heart is downloading all assets.
