PC MICROSOFT STORE / XBOX GAME PASS

If you're having problems with Chants of Sennaar, consider these updates and fixes.

First, sign in to your Microsoft account. Next, work through these possible solutions in the order presented. 

A. MAKE SURE WINDOWS IS UP TO DATE

WINDOWS 11

1. Select Start > Settings  > Windows Update > Check for updates.
2. If there is an available update, select Install now.

WINDOWS 10

1. Select Start > Settings  > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
2. If there is an available update, select Install now.

B. RUN THE GAMING SERVICES REPAIR TOOL FOR PC

1. Click https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/gaming-services-repair-tool
2. Follow the instructions.

C. RESTART THE XBOX APP

1. Close the Xbox App.
2. Reopen the Xbox App.
3. Make sure Chants of Sennaar is downloading all assets.

D. VERIFY AND REPAIR CHANTS OF SENNAAR

1. Open the Xbox app.
2. In My Library, select Evil West.
3. Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.
5. Make sure Chants of Sennaar is downloading all assets.
